Portfolio Governance & Delivery Oversight
Establish and manage a centralized view of all cloud and infrastructure initiatives
Track progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Identify delivery gaps and escalate risks
Ensure alignment with strategic priorities
Performance & Productivity Management
Develop and monitor KPIs
Provide insights into team capacity and workload
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Executive Reporting & Insights
Prepare executive reports for leadership
Translate technical data into business insights
Maintain dashboards
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Operations teams
Ensure follow-ups on dependencies
Drive alignment without direct authority
Operational Excellence & PMO Discipline
Define governance frameworks
Standardize tracking and reporting
Promote accountability and transparency
Director Office Enablement
Act as advisor and right-hand to the Director
Support prioritization and execution tracking

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred)
8–12+ years in cloud/infrastructure and PMO roles
Experience in large enterprise or government environments preferred
