Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
Implement and support various integration patterns including API integrations, webhooks (HTTP callbacks), file-based integrations (batch processing), database synchronization, and native/pre-built connectors.
Develop and manage integrations using API gateways, ESB, and iPaaS platforms.
Build and maintain integrations with Microsoft technology stack, including data platforms and services.
Configure and manage data gateway connections and integration with data warehouse platforms (e.g., Fabric).
Ensure accurate and secure data exchange through proper data mapping, transformation, and routing logic.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in coordination with support teams and external vendors.
Perform integration testing, validation, and support deployment activities including go-live.
Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively escalate critical issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation including integration designs, data mappings, and configurations.
Ensure all integration solutions comply with internal standards, governance frameworks, and security requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external government entities to gather and implement integration requirements.
Participate in on-call support rotation to ensure system availability and continuity.
Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement of integration processes.
Ensure compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any security incidents or breaches immediately.
Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in system integration, API development, or middleware platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack (Azure Integration Services, APIs, data platforms).
Experience with enterprise integration patterns and architectures.
Familiarity with data warehouse platforms and data gateway configurations.
Experience working with API gateways, ESB, or iPaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.
Exposure to identity and access management solutions such as Microsoft Entra or similar tools.
Skills
Strong understanding of integration architectures and data exchange patterns.
Proficiency in API development, RESTful services, and messaging protocols.
Experience with middleware, ESB, and cloud integration platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
